Senior Software Developer – Applications

About the role

The Application Developer will design, build, and maintain internal web applications and dashboards used across multiple operating companies, including manufacturing, staffing, and family‑office investments. This is a global remote position focused on delivering modern React and Tailwind front‑ends on Supabase and Vercel while replacing legacy reporting tools with purpose‑built operator applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship operator‑facing web applications for manufacturing, staffing, real‑estate, and other business units.
• Replace legacy Power BI reports and third‑party tools with custom React‑based dashboards.
• Develop performant, accessible, and responsive UI using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement backend logic, data models, authentication, and row‑level security with Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Vercel with proper logging and observability.
• Partner directly with business operators, plant managers, recruiters, and executives to translate requirements into production software.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional full‑stack web development experience.
• Strong operator mindset and ability to work closely with non‑technical business users.
