Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its Core AI Squad. You will design, build, and operate customer‑facing AI platform services that power intelligent experiences across the company’s hospitality management products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI platform services primarily in Python, integrating with PHP and Java systems.
• Build and evolve agentic runtimes, workflow orchestration, tool execution, state management, and evaluation hooks.
• Integrate LLM‑powered workflows with strong focus on reliability, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Evaluate models and providers using clear success criteria and maintain observability, tracing, and quality feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, security, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous AI opportunities into reliable features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with agentic systems, LLM workflows, and AI evaluation platforms.
• Comfort working in a polyglot stack and integrating with PHP and Java services.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS.
