About the role
Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, is looking for a Senior Talent Strategy Consultant based in Peru. The role sits within a team focused on leadership, development and talent management projects.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver projects focused on leadership, development and talent management
- Analyze reports
- Support teams so they can develop them on time and on schedule
- Conduct market research
Required profile
- Degree in administration, psychology, engineering or similar
- 2 to 3 years of experience in talent strategy consulting (e.g. Korn Ferry, Price, AON, EY or another consultancy)
- Experience on projects
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel, including pivot tables and data tables
- English at B1 intermediate level
- Use of IAL tools
