Senior Web Designer – Enterprise Experience

About the role

At Tata Consultancy Services, the Web Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences that align business objectives, user needs, and enterprise web standards. The role focuses on information architecture, user flows, wireframing, navigation design, and creating scalable web experiences for global audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation structures for enterprise web experiences.
• Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and page layout templates.
• Design intuitive and accessible web interfaces aligned with usability best practices.
• Translate business and technical requirements into user‑centered design solutions.
• Apply brand guidelines across digital experiences and web assets.
• Collaborate with UX teams, developers, content strategists, and stakeholders.
• Analyze content performance and recommend UX improvements based on insights and metrics.
• Contribute to web content implementation and HTML‑based content creation when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data‑driven design recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Web Design and UX Design.
• Strong expertise in Figma for wireframes, user flows, mockups, and layout design.
• Experience defining information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation models.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
• Experience working within design systems and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with HTML and modern web standards.
• Experience using analytics, metrics, and data‑driven optimization approaches.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional and global teams.
