Site Integration Manager – Construction Completion

About the role

The Site Integration Manager – Construction Completion supports the Site Manager in driving the final phase of the Yanacocha Water Treatment Plant project. This role ensures seamless integration across construction, field engineering, quality, procurement, turnover, and pre‑commissioning teams to meet completion milestones and system readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all construction activities for the East and West water treatment plants.
• Act as the primary client contact for all field activities, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Oversee supervision of construction craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule control, and field procurement.
• Manage interface between Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and support development of contracts, sub‑contracts, and vendor scopes.
• Drive turnover and pre‑commissioning schedules through disciplined planning and execution oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably in mining or water treatment.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills with the ability to direct multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate contractual activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.
