Site Leader

About the role

The Site Leader is responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional experience for customers and donors at a retail location. Working closely with the Regional Director and the store team, the role oversees daily operations, staff performance, safety standards, and financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational processes using Lean Six Sigma principles, monitor performance trends, and develop action plans to meet sales, production and quality targets.
• Manage daily store activities, inventory, merchandising standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate store leadership and staff, fostering a culture of open communication and accountability.
• Oversee staffing levels, schedule creation and employee development, including succession planning.
• Review P&L statements and customer metrics, forecast sales trends and make data‑driven decisions to protect and grow the business.

• Proven experience in retail or site management with a focus on operational results.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills, able to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and a commitment to safety and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret financial and performance data.
