About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Sneaker Co‑Creation Specialist to join its store team in Lima. The role blends artistic craftsmanship with customer‑focused sales, allowing clients to personalize Golden Goose sneakers while delivering an engaging brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create personalized sneaker designs with clients using drawing, illustration, watercolor, acrylic, embroidery and basic sewing techniques.
• Guide customers through the co‑creation journey, maintaining brand storytelling and values.
• Drive sales through proactive cross‑selling, up‑selling and standard sales associate duties on the shop floor.
• Register customers on the Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co‑creation area and visual merchandising standards.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance customer engagement and business processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Artistic ability in drawing, painting, embroidery and basic sewing.
• Empathy, teamwork orientation and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Education in design or art fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel for specific missions or support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital/IT tools for sales and customer management.
