Social Media Manager (Remote, B2B SaaS)

About the role

Cache Ventures is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across its portfolio's social channels, including Cache Ventures, Emailable, Sur and Founder accounts. The role is remote, flexible in hours and location, and focuses on B2B and SaaS content that performs day by day.

Key responsibilities

• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
• Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts
• Create and edit daily content, from concept through captioning and publishing
• Turn platform trends into original content that fits a dry, operator-focused, anti-influencer voice
• Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats and timing
• Report weekly on what works, what does not and what is being tested

Required profile

• 3+ years managing social media for B2B, SaaS or startups, with a portfolio showing growth
• Exceptional writing, clear, sharp and persuasive
• Understanding of LinkedIn and X algorithm dynamics, beyond posting schedules
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting tone
• Self-directed and organized
• Nice to have: founder-led or personal brand experience, familiarity with SaaS, email marketing or B2B lead generation, on-camera presence for short-form video

Required skills

• Video and photo editing (Adobe CS, Canva, CapCut or equivalent)
• Social media management

What we offer

• Pay of $800-$2000 USD plus a 13th-month salary
• Independent contractor arrangement with flexible hours and location
