Costanera is a small, fast‑moving team that builds custom software, AI systems, and automation for ambitious businesses. We are looking for a passionate Software Developer who can turn messy real‑world operations into elegant, user‑friendly applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement front‑end interfaces that are both beautiful and highly functional.
• Develop robust back‑end services that handle real data at scale.
• Own features from problem definition through scope, build, and ship.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate development and deliver AI‑native solutions.
• Collaborate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong instinct for polished, user‑centric front‑end design.
• Confidence with React and TypeScript, and willingness to work on backend tasks.
• Bias for shipping working demos quickly rather than perfect plans.
• Problem‑solver who tackles business needs, not just tickets.
• Motivated to grow as an engineer and take on greater responsibility.
