About the role

Are you bilingual with experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical translation, or medical documentation? Join our remote healthcare team and help physicians manage accurate patient records and documentation. This is a full‑time, independent‑contractor position performed remotely from your home office.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and organize medical records for physicians
Update patient history and health information
Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation
Review basic lab results and screening procedures
Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks

Required profile

Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience
Strong English and communication skills
Detail‑oriented and reliable
Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST
Laptop/Desktop: i5+ processor, 8 GB RAM
Internet: 35 Mbps+
Noise‑cancelling headset, webcam, and dedicated workspace
