Strategic Account Manager

About the role

SANY Peru, a global leader in heavy machinery, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive long‑term relationships with key clients in the mining and heavy construction sectors. Based in Lima, you will be responsible for shaping account strategies and delivering integrated solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for major mining and construction clients.
• Manage the commercial pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product, logistics, marketing, and after‑sales teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor account performance and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management or B2B sales within mining or heavy construction.
• Established network with mining contractors or construction companies.
• Proven experience preparing commercial proposals, tenders, and managing client relationships.
• Advanced English proficiency.
