About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Auditor to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of its recruitment audits. This senior‑level position works remotely, reviewing complex hiring cases and guiding junior auditors to elevate the hiring process across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize audit criteria across the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles.
• Proven track record auditing senior, specialized, and high‑volume recruitment positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
