Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across our Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews and written communications, helping to maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition interactions, including calls, screenings, emails and workflows, using defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance against standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
