Team Coordinator – Medical Device Project

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for a data‑collection and usability‑testing project involving medical consumer devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and weight scales. The role will ensure smooth execution of on‑site sessions, from onboarding participants to handling device logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, providing clear communication and guidance to new participants.
• Schedule testing sessions and monitor timely participation.
• Assist with device logistics, procurement, and preparation when required.
• Ensure accurate completion of metadata and documentation for each session.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the local language is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed.
