About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technology talent across a variety of projects for leading clients.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, from posting to offer.
Screen and filter candidates based on defined criteria.
Write concise candidate summaries and edit resumes for presentation.
Coordinate communication between candidates, internal hiring teams, and stakeholders.

Required profile

Proven experience in technical recruiting.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced level of English.
