About the role

As a Technical Lead Manager at BairesDev, you will oversee engineering teams, harmonizing technical strategy with people development while guiding the evolution of our delivery model and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving their career development and performance management.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end technical delivery of projects, ensuring high‑quality standards and efficient resource allocation.

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment efforts to build and scale high‑performing technical teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Engineering Management or as a Technical Lead.
• Proven expertise in people management, including hiring, performance management, and people development.
• Strong technical background with the ability to lead engineering teams and define technical strategy.
• Experience balancing delivery goals with long‑term technical excellence and team growth.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
