Technical Project Manager – Industrial Software

About the role

This position leads the delivery of AI‑powered industrial software projects for manufacturers across the USA and Latin America. The role is highly customer‑facing, coordinating between clients, local partners, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of industrial software solutions, from initiation to delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing communication with internal engineering, data science, and customer success teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and remote technical teams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations.
• Monitor progress through regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, decisions, and action items.
• Support on‑site activities at customer manufacturing plants and contribute to regional delivery capability improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mining, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, preferably involving software, automation, process control, or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing or process sectors such as cement, chemicals, refining, mining, or pulp & paper.
• Proven ability to coordinate international, multidisciplinary, and remote technical teams.
• Strong customer‑facing project management experience with a track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships.
