Technical Project Manager

About the role

Nortal is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join its LATAM remote team. You will work with product and engineering leaders to drive business‑critical initiatives, turning ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end program planning and execution across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support strategic cross‑functional planning, leading discovery and prioritisation with product and engineering leads.
• Develop project milestones, track progress, manage cross‑team dependencies and resource planning.
• Identify and remove impediments, mitigate risks and ensure effective communication.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications that guide software design, development and deployment.
• Collaborate on defining technical architecture for services and support implementation.

Required profile

• Strong self‑starter comfortable working with ambiguous information and making data‑driven decisions.
• Proven ability to move projects forward despite uncertainty and imperfect knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product managers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing complex, multi‑disciplinary programs.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
• Ability to define technical architecture and translate business needs into technical requirements.
