Trainer II – Client-Focused Training Specialist

About the role

The Trainer II will deliver client‑focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. You will ensure agents are fully prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and support client programs.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day classroom activities, monitor trainee progress, and provide coaching and readiness recommendations.
• Design and deliver training using effective presentation, facilitation, and adult‑learning techniques across multiple modalities.
• Prepare and present training materials, hands‑on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics and support agents’ transition to production environments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through calls, client meetings, and observations.
• Collaborate with Operations, managers, and peers to ensure consistent communication.
• Assist the Instructional Design team in creating computer‑based training, interactive modules, and job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness via focus groups, interviews, and surveys, and recommend curriculum improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in training delivery and curriculum development.
• Proven experience with training methodologies and soft‑skill development.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
