The Transportation Officer provides essential administrative support within UPS’s logistics operations. This permanent position involves preparing reports, compiling information from multiple sources, and managing small‑scale projects. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the office while handling confidential material on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format reports using various software packages.
• Compile and synthesize information from internal and external sources.
• Manage small‑scale projects and track their progress.
• Perform word processing, data entry, and document auditing.
• Answer telephone inquiries and distribute incoming mail.
• Reserve conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Perform additional office duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in general administrative or office support roles.
