Travel Specialist – Design Custom Peru Tours

About the role

As a Travel Specialist at Cusco Native Tours, you will craft personalized adventure itineraries for travelers exploring Peru and occasionally neighboring countries. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding clients from the planning stage through their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design customized multi‑day trips and day tours across Peru, Bolivia, and Chile.
• Recommend destinations, activities, and logistics that match each traveler’s interests, timeline, and budget.
• Communicate clearly with clients via email, phone, or video call.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to confirm accommodations, transport, and activities.
• Track bookings, payments, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay informed about new attractions and trends in the region.

Required profile

• Experience in travel planning, tourism, or sales, preferably within Peru.
• Friendly, clear communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Peru’s main destinations and travel routes.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
