About the role
AiSol is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation among US enterprises. This full‑cycle sales position is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or SDR/BDR roles who are eager to own deals from prospecting to close.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating client business needs into tailored AI and automation solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution.
- Represent AiSol at client meetings, demos, and industry events when relevant.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology‑focused roles.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver revenue results.
- Strong interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation with a quick learning mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
- Experience using CRM systems.
