About the role
Valutico is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales of its AI‑native Virtual Data Room, DoneDiligence, across Latin America. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, targeting M&A advisors, private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for the DoneDiligence suite.
- Conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
- Sell a secure, scalable VDR combined with AI‑powered due‑diligence assistance and integrated valuation tools.
- Engage senior stakeholders such as partners, directors, and investment professionals.
- Contribute to the global go‑to‑market strategy for the Due Diligence product line.
- After 3‑6 months, lead an SDR to generate pipeline and book meetings.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling VDRs or M&A workflow platforms.
- Existing network in M&A advisory, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to navigate long, structured sales cycles and close high‑value deals.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely in a fast‑moving international environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Virtual Data Room platforms (e.g., Datasite, Ansarada, Intralinks, iDeals, Drooms, FirmRoom, SecureDocs, DealRoom).
- Knowledge of AI‑enhanced due‑diligence and valuation workflows.
