Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the relationship with our e‑commerce clients and drive revenue‑generating marketing campaigns. You will act as the main point of contact, translating client goals into effective email, SMS, pop‑up and automation strategies while coordinating a creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, brief, monitor and execute up to 40 marketing campaigns per month across email, SMS, pop‑ups and automated flows.
• Develop and optimise marketing strategies to improve conversion and sales for each client.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with assigned clients, ensuring expectations are met and communication is clear.
• Lead a team of copywriters, designers and associate account managers, delegating tasks and overseeing timely delivery.
• Prepare client reports, analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including the Head of Account Managers and Service Director, to align resources and priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce marketing accounts or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
