Account Manager – Gaming & Financial Trading Solutions

About the role

Playtech is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary commercial liaison between its gaming and financial‑trading customers and internal teams. You will help clients maximise revenue and product utilisation while supporting Playtech’s growth in regulated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer business models, marketing strategies and bonus structures.
• Manage day‑to‑day commercial contact and act as the escalation point for technical issues.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic recommendations based on KPI and benchmark analysis.
• Promote internal development requests and initiate new projects on behalf of customers.
• Assist the Regional Director with group‑wide deals and ensure customers adopt new Playtech products.
• Provide marketing materials and develop joint marketing initiatives.
• Maintain detailed relationship records and share insights with colleagues.
• Coordinate project‑management, translation, finance, compliance and legal processes between Playtech and customers.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conduct operational audits and track competitive activity.

Required profile
