Account Manager – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Dedalus, a leading healthcare technology company, is looking for an Account Manager to join its team in Peru. You will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong relationships with healthcare institutions, helping to deliver safer and more reliable care.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop the healthcare market in Peru.
• Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals covering commercial and technical scopes.
• Maintain regular visits to existing customers (approximately every two weeks) to nurture relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers, providing product demonstrations and strategic advice.
• Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date CRM database and report pipeline status to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software and healthcare sales, with a solid understanding of the Peruvian healthcare market.
• Existing relationships with healthcare institutions in Peru are highly valued.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
