Accounting Assistant – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

WorkBetterNow is seeking a full‑time Accounting Assistant to join its remote finance team serving U.S. clients. You will work from anywhere in LATAM, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile ledger entries in QuickBooks and ERP systems.
• Prepare basic financial statements and assist with monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance department to resolve discrepancies.
• Support ad‑hoc accounting projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Fluent, professional English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
