Administrative Virtual Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based luxury resale business. Working remotely from Peru, you will manage inventory, create and optimize product listings, and ensure accurate marketplace data across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize eBay product listings, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and categories.
• Enter and maintain inventory data in the company’s consigner management system.
• Extract product information and images from supplier and auction websites.
• Convert foreign currencies (e.g., JPY to USD) and record purchase and sale amounts accurately.
• Cross‑list products to TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and other platforms following company guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory and sales records.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries through marketplace messaging using provided templates.
• Collaborate with the team via chat and video meetings as needed.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented and organized.
• Dependable, tech‑savvy, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English.
• Interest in e‑commerce and luxury resale.

What we offer
