Adobe Target Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Adobe Target Consultant to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of data‑driven personalisation and experimentation across our digital platforms. The role bridges business goals with technical execution to deliver highly targeted user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Adobe Target personalisation and testing solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Configure and maintain Adobe Target Recommendations, Catalogs and Data Collection Rules.
• Build and optimise A/B, multivariate, automated personalisation and recommendation activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, analytics and development teams to define and execute personalisation strategies.
• Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Platform and other MarTech solutions.
• Develop front‑end implementations using JavaScript, HTML and CSS to support Target activities.
• Troubleshoot implementation, integration and configuration issues.
• Partner with analytics teams to validate tracking, reporting and experiment measurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Adobe Target projects and personalisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing and automated personalisation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, design and analytics teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
