About the role

Join EY's Center of Excellence in Arequipa as an Assistant in Financial Audit. You will support the delivery of high‑quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients, helping to solve complex problems and add value across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of external audit procedures and documentation.
• Provide timely communication of work‑related concerns and client requirements.
• Contribute ideas and opinions to audit teams to improve service delivery.
• Support the development and presentation of innovative solutions for the firm’s services.

Required profile

• Graduate, Bachelor or degree holder in Accounting.
• Preferable prior experience in financial audit or accounting studies.
• Strong accounting knowledge and good writing skills.
• Intermediate level of English is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
