About the role

The Marketing and Sales Assistant will support the Marketing & Sales Management team and the commercial staff of a leading hotel operator. The role focuses on ensuring timely access to commercial information, acting as a liaison with clients, agencies and partners, and helping optimise processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Sales Management and commercial team.
• Manage communications and requests from clients, travel agencies, companies and other stakeholders, routing them to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain and organise databases of agencies, airlines, companies and customers, ensuring data quality.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse data on customers, market segments, buying behaviour, rates and commercial results.
• Prepare and update sales, rate, production and segmentation reports and indicators.
• Track quotations, proposals and commercial opportunities, ensuring traceability.
• Assist in creating presentations, commercial proposals and other meeting materials.
• Organise physical and digital documentation for the department.

Required profile

• Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, administration or data processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and report generation.
• Strong data handling and analysis abilities.
