About the role

As a Bell Attendant with Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring their stay starts on a positive note. Your role blends guest interaction, phone support, and careful handling of luggage and deliveries to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls promptly and professionally, taking orders, messages, and coordinating requests with bell services.
• Verify guest details in the computer system to ensure accurate delivery of luggage and items.
• Create and distribute delivery lists for arrivals, bag pulls, and room deliveries.
• Safely lift, transport, and deliver guest luggage and packages from service vehicles to storage or guest rooms.
• Address and resolve guest concerns such as lost or damaged luggage with urgency and care.
