About the role
We are partnering with an internationally recognised multi‑asset broker to find a proactive Business Development Executive. The role is focused on expanding the broker's presence across Latin America, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong affiliate relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyse market trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in LATAM.
- Manage and coordinate business development activities across the region.
- Travel to LATAM markets to lead events, meet partners and support local offices.
- Support and train staff at the broker’s offices.
- Develop and execute business development plans, including market entry strategies, sales campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement business strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates and partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries.
- Experience working in or with LATAM markets (strong advantage).
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
