Business Development Executive

About the role

We are partnering with an internationally recognised multi‑asset broker to find a proactive Business Development Executive. The role is focused on expanding the broker's presence across Latin America, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong affiliate relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse market trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in LATAM.
• Manage and coordinate business development activities across the region.
• Travel to LATAM markets to lead events, meet partners and support local offices.
• Support and train staff at the broker’s offices.
• Develop and execute business development plans, including market entry strategies, sales campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement business strategies.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries.
• Experience working in or with LATAM markets (strong advantage).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
