Business Development Manager – Brokerage Partnerships

About the role

LBX is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its network of Introducing Broker (IB) partners in the forex and crypto space. You will drive new partnerships, onboard partners, and support them to achieve sales targets while representing LBX’s innovative trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new IB partners across international markets.
• On‑board and train new partners, ensuring smooth integration.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners to foster loyalty and growth.
• Conduct due‑diligence and present LBX products, services, and cooperation terms.
• Consult partners’ sales teams, monitor performance, and help achieve KPIs.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and address partner issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange, or neobank environments.
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, especially foreign exchange.
• Business‑level fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel.
