Business Development Manager – Latin America

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Latin America is responsible for identifying, developing and executing strategic growth opportunities across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new international markets, channels and customer segments for growth.
• Develop and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the region.
• Collaborate with European sales and customer service teams to create go‑to‑market strategies.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, lead generation and industry events.
• Work with internal business units to align service offers and ensure successful contract execution.
• Lead client engagements to expand the scope of existing services and drive revenue.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the mineral exploration and mining industry, with knowledge of metallurgical processes.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and technical teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic planning ability and strong project‑management and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field and 5‑7 years of business‑development experience, preferably international.
