Business Development Manager – Peru (Remote)

About the role

FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Peru. You will be responsible for acquiring new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and partners, while driving client acquisition and revenue growth for our CFD and Forex trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and onboard new IBs, affiliates and strategic partners in Peru.
• Drive client acquisition through direct outreach, referrals, events and partnership initiatives.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners and affiliates.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure aligned and compliant campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
• Represent FP Markets at industry events, expos and webinars.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in Forex, CFDs or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates or high‑net‑worth retail/institutional clients.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms.
• Experience using CRM or affiliate platforms such as Salesforce, Cellxpert or Zendesk.
