Business Development Manager – Sportsbook LATAM

About the role

Genius Sports is seeking a revenue‑focused Business Development Manager to create new commercial opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America. The role combines high‑impact sales, partnership building and deep immersion in the betting ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects across the LATAM betting market, understanding their business challenges and aligning Genius Sports’ data‑driven solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from initial outreach to negotiating and closing six‑figure (or larger) deals.
• Collaborate with internal product, data and operations teams to craft tailored proposals that deliver measurable value.
• Represent Genius Sports at industry conferences, meetings and events throughout Latin America, building brand credibility and expanding the network.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B consultative sales with consistent achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
• Experience selling to betting or sports‑technology clients, preferably within the LATAM region.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong presentation skills for C‑suite audiences.
• High‑energy, results‑oriented mindset, comfortable working independently and traveling frequently across Latin America.
