Business Development Representative – US Market

About the role

ELVTR is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to sell high‑ticket online education programs to qualified prospects in the United States. You will work with warm leads, understand their career goals, and guide them to the most suitable course.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales calls with pre‑qualified leads.
• Identify the best educational path for each prospect and close enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams.
• Provide feedback on customer needs to improve programs and sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven success in sales, preferably high‑ticket or consultative selling.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable with modern sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience with CRM platforms.
