About the role

You will provide 1‑on‑1 mental health support through 60‑minute video sessions on Intellect’s telehealth platform. This freelance, remote position offers flexible business hours and can complement an existing job or private practice.

Key responsibilities

Deliver telehealth (or onsite when needed) mental health support to clients, focusing on conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
At least 300 clinical hours post‑master’s.
Fluency in English and the local language.
Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT.
