Community Manager

About the role

NP Digital is seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead and grow its online communities across Latin America. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Chile or Peru while collaborating with a global performance‑marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media, forums and other channels.
• Foster meaningful interactions and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align messaging with community interests and generate shareable content ideas.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase community size, engagement rates and overall sentiment.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports and adjust tactics based on data.
• Act as the brand’s voice within the community, building relationships with advocates, influencers and ambassadors.
• Mediate conflicts, address negative feedback and ensure constructive dialogue.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging tools to inform community strategy.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in community management, social media management or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing engaged online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

• Proficiency with major social‑media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
