About the role
We are looking for a Community Operations Specialist to support our official social media channels, plan and produce community content, and gather relevant data. The role involves coordinating live‑stream and offline events while aligning with regional trends and player feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Support official social media and community content planning, production, and data collection.
- Collect public opinion, monitor regional trends, and synchronize local events.
- Design and produce livestreams and implement offline events.
Required profile
- Understanding of competitive or MOBA games and ability to create player‑focused content and events.
- Capable of multi‑threaded collaboration, remote coordination with headquarters, and managing local team output.
- Responsible, meets schedules, and proactively identifies risks.
