Community & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Community & Social Media Manager to shape the narrative of our beauty brand. Working remotely, you will develop and execute strategic social media campaigns that engage our audience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content calendars for US‑focused marketing agencies.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone and visual aesthetic on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other channels.
• Proofread all copy to ensure error‑free, professional communication.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs and mentions, providing beauty tips and product information.
• Monitor TikTok trends, incorporate trending sounds, challenges and formats, and manage reposting and dueting of user‑generated content.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, conversions) and produce regular reports.
• Research and apply effective hashtag and keyword strategies to boost discoverability.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, especially for beauty or cosmetics brands.
• Strong understanding of UGC, community building and content strategy.
• Ability to work full‑time remotely within the specified Latin American countries and adhere to a fixed PST schedule.
