Consult Partner – Data, Applications & AI

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a senior Consult Partner to lead Data, Applications and AI transformations for its largest accounts. The role involves driving profitable growth, building C‑level relationships and guiding multi‑disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial outcomes through signings, revenue targets and margin management for Data, Application and AI services.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Lead design and delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high performance, utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Scale and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams across Data, Application and AI practice areas.
• Shape Kyndryl’s strategic initiatives using expertise in Data, Applications and AI, and develop thought leadership in advanced analytics and AI.

Required profile

• Extensive IT consulting leadership experience with a global consulting firm, delivering sales, business development and delivery success.
• Proven track record building and scaling Data & AI practices, including strategy, advanced analytics, data modernization, governance and AI/ML implementation.
• Strong CXO relationship and sales management experience, with ability to commercialize executive relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in consulting, corporate or public‑sector environments.
• Financial acumen to drive revenue growth, manage margins and execute strategic plans.
