Consult Partner - Data, Applications & AI

About the role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization and plays a key role in its strategic growth. As a Consult Partner in Data, Applications and AI, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and set strategic change agendas for Kyndryl's largest accounts, working with C-suite clients. The role covers pre- and post-deal transactions, with a focus on financial impact, utilization, client impact and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by contributing to signings and revenue targets, managing margin expectations and backlog, and pursuing and converting high-value business opportunities
• Scope and negotiate fees while managing risk, and build deep relationships with client CXOs as their trusted advisor and main point of contact
• Lead C-level client interactions, deliverables and deal engagement, and improve client satisfaction (NPS) and new references
• Achieve utilization and chargeability targets, and lead the design and delivery of complex engagements
• Lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams, foster talent development and innovation, and stay commercially focused
• Shape strategic initiatives and build thought leadership in advanced analytics, data modernization, governance and AI

Required profile

• Extensive experience in IT consulting with a global consulting firm, with sales, business development, chargeability and delivery results
• Proven experience building and scaling Data and AI practices, including strategy, advanced analytics, data modernization, data governance and AI and machine learning implementation
• Experience advising and managing relationships at the CXO level and achieving sales targets
• Track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in consulting, corporate or public sector settings
• Strong business and financial acumen, with a sound personal brand in the industry (financial sector experience desirable)
