About the role

We are looking for a Consultor Cobranzas to join our finance team at St George's College. The role involves supporting daily financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments and payroll, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records and supporting documentation, organized for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Assist with payroll processing, ensuring correct calculations, tax withholdings, and timely distribution to staff.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial reports for management review, including variance analysis and summary statements.

Required profile

• Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a finance environment, demonstrating ability to handle routine financial tasks.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting standards.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, enabling efficient handling of multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial tasks.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
