About the role

Globant is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to support its Peruvian clients through technology implementations. The role focuses on ensuring adoption, delivering value, and sustaining change in a digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for insurance‑sector projects, guiding stakeholders through digital transformation.
• Develop and execute communication, training, and enablement plans to drive user adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to align change activities with sprint cycles.
• Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and post‑implementation benefits.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry.
• Deep expertise in change management and organizational development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
