Cook Assistant

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel kitchen team as a Cook Assistant and help create memorable guest experiences through excellent food preparation and service. You will support the culinary team in delivering high‑quality dishes while upholding the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for soups, sauces, salads and other dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in assembling and plating dishes, ensuring presentation meets hotel standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and stocked workstation, following proper food handling, storage and safety protocols.
• Support compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for delivering hospitality experiences and a passion for teamwork.
• Integrity, reliability and a sense of ownership in daily tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and follow instructions.
