CoPilot Studio Agentic Developer – L3 Support

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced CoPilot Studio Agentic Developer to join its global team as a Level 3 support resource. You will be the final escalation point for complex incidents, service requests and production issues related to Microsoft Copilot Studio‑based agentic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle advanced L3 incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) solutions and related Power Platform components.
• Manage environment administration, solution deployments, ALM processes and configuration of custom connectors.
• Resolve integration issues with APIs, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services and authentication (Azure AD, MFA, RBAC).
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs and knowledge articles for the support team.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
• Strong background in Power Platform (cloud flows, connectors, expressions) and L3 application support.
• Solid understanding of Azure AD, role‑based access control and enterprise authentication.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
