Creative Design Virtual Assistant (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Design Virtual Assistant to support two complementary home‑brand businesses: an interior design studio and a custom window‑treatment boutique. This part‑time, remote position is ideal for someone who loves turning scattered ideas into polished, visual materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create and format Google Docs for project briefs, checklists, and process guides.
• Build Canva inspiration boards and simple visual presentations.
• Organize design inspiration, product links, images, notes, and client/project details.
• Gather visual references for interiors, window treatments, materials, colors, furniture, lighting, fabrics, and styling.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft, summarize, research, and brainstorm content.
• Support light marketing and content organization for social media, email, or other campaigns.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented with a strong eye for formatting and consistency.
• Enjoys interior design, home décor, and visual storytelling.
• Fluent English; conversational Spanish.
• Comfortable working remotely with clear, proactive communication.
