Creator & Community Manager

About the role

FlipaClip is seeking a Creator & Community Manager to grow and nurture relationships with animation creators worldwide. The role focuses on identifying talent, managing creator programs, and driving community initiatives that inspire millions of animation enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit animation creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, evaluating them with internal frameworks.
• Maintain an organized creator database and manage outreach, relationship building and ongoing communications.
• Schedule, host and document Creator Talks, sharing insights with internal teams.
• Coordinate creator campaigns from briefing through content delivery, ensuring brand quality and alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance using tracking links, promo codes and reporting dashboards.
• Recommend high‑performing creators for expanded partnerships.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Social teams to feed creator feedback into new content opportunities.
• Help plan and launch community initiatives such as contests, challenges and virtual events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community or content marketing.
• Strong passion for animation and creator culture.
• Familiarity with animation communities on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and similar platforms.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) – written and spoken.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
